- Order Entry
Our easy to use order entry screen makes inputting an order fast and easy. Add pieces by either their code or their name using autocomplete and all of the details are filled in for you. Once the order is entered and pieces, buyers, due date, etc. are set you can keep track of the orders status easily. - Invoice Creation
Customize our invoice form by uploading your businesses logo, and adding header and footer text. Once the invoice is setup, creating the invoices for your orders takes just a few seconds. Add shipping, specify terms, and Simple Order Manager will generate a pdf that you can print out, or email to your client! - Production List Creation Simple Order Manager's production lists are more than just a list of pieces. You can configure the production lists to specify all of the steps required to make each piece, and the production lists allow ou to track the progress of each step. Does your business have different production methods for different types of pieces? If you input what type of production list each piece should be put on, Simple Order Manager will create separate production lists for each type of piece. This makes planning, and executing much quicker and less error prone saving you time and money!
- Supplies management Batching your supply purchases is a great way to get bulk discounts, save money on shipping, and making sure you have what you need to get your orders out to your clients on time. With Simple Order Manager, you select which orders you want to purchase supplies for, and you can create a supply list for them in just minutes.
- Label Printing Some businesses ship their product in baggies or boxes labelled with the piece code, name, and other information. Simple Order Manager makes what was once a tremendously tedious task into a five minute process. Print your labels without error in just minutes!
Who we are, and what we do:
Simple Order Manager is being developed by PawPrints software, a small group of friends who decided they wanted to make some really useful software. We looked at what was out there, and decided that we could provide value by offering inexpensive and highly targeted tools to a subset of small business owners. Simple Order Manager is our first product and it is targeted to businesses with in house production.
Our philosophy is that we are never done, and our customers are never happy enough. What that means is that we will continue to improve our products based on customer feedback, and our own constant re-examination of our feature set. Anytime something with Simple Order Manager doesn't make sense to you, or any ideas you have for improvements or new features, PLEASE let use know! We believe that good software is software that is easy to use, requiring zero learning curve. If you don't know how something works, we want to know so we can either re-engineer that feature, or at least make sure that clear instructions are readily available.
